If only that simple. FDA wouldn’t approve a protocol that had more than 2 doses. That’s not on Mgmt. They can only run a trial that gets approved and the FDA flat out refused 4 doses.
Of course everyone here knows that. Some choose to deny/ignore it.
I'm not sure how anecdotal evidence is better than poor trial design when anecdotal evidence is literally no trial design. The whole point of trials is because anecdotal evidence is not indicative of efficacy. It's indicative of the possibility. Yes, at one point, leronlimab had possible covid efficacy. That was proven to be a false positive.
