If the FDA flat out refused 4 doses, then, yes, CytoDyn has a legitimate complaint. But don't ignore management's many mistakes. It's hard to believe that they would think they could get away with their self-enrichment schemes.

At this point it would have been the duty of Management to think about alternatives such as Brazil, India etc. What did they think? Oh FDA denies us 4 doses without any proper reason but they will be in good faith for the trial and the EUA process.
They showed us with HIV what they think about us and how they can play us for three years now. What was Nader thinking? Nader was once again sleeping behind the wheel. They should have started the longhauler trial already in Brazil , FDA has 1000 possibilities to screw we us again.
I hope that Nader thinks about a P3 longhauler trial in Brazil. Even with topline results they screw us 100%
