NP should sell Cytodyn before the 13D group gets a chance to follow through with their plan.

The reason they will do well is that if they get control they will reverse split it to cut current shareholders piece down.

Then they will dilute to purchase IncellDX. Which they have ownership into. How much? is the question.

All of the InCellDX stock will be treated at a premium and since done after the reverse will give them a much larger portion of the the Pie.

They can then sell it and get the deal premiums for themselves with their expanded ownership from the InCellDX purchase.
