RE: Q4 Report
I am BEYOND confused on all of this
WHAT has to happen, what can happen, what will happen, who's on first, who's on second. And yes, getting the report out of the way, is important.
In my humble opinion, SIRC is not being transparent or clear as they can be. But, we did get an official PR on Troy as COO this morning.
And....In my mind, there is this.
WE ALL KNOW the Q4 is not going to be the huge Revs we all were looking for with all the latest acquisitions put into place. Even though it should show previous organic growth which will be good.
**** However, SIRC needs to think about distancing themselves from the past numbers (like Q4) and get EVERYONE focused with the present/future expected numbers which should be in a completely different "league". Do everything to issue the report as "history" at this point. Meaning..... kick the can to the curb with the small numbers NOW, get it out of the way The longer they wait - the more many will say HUH when it does come out????? There will be those that will say "what? ....where is the 100 run rate everyone was talking about".
My concern in this report is the profit margin and profitability. The longer they wait on issuing this, the more I'm concerned. The term "going-concern" and November debts loom.
.....
WE ARE TALKING ABOUT Q4 of 2020 Fiscal Year (year end February).
Massey stated in March - while snow was still on the ground in Chicago, that they are wrapping up the Q4 and it will be issued. The had to know (shouldn't they) that any effect acquisitions would have on issuing the Report. If they did not, and he made a statement like that about it - then they are not organized.... simple fact (then they are not the only ones when I stated early on in this post "WHAT has to happen, what can happen, what will happen, who's on first, who's on second"
To put this in perspective, that Quarter for SIRC began 3 days after the Dodgers won the World Series last year.
2 full months before last Christmas. How long ago was that? I don't even recall at this point any Christmas Gifts I had received.
Yes, we all understand the "concept" of the acquisitions and having an effect on delaying the report.
But like I said, I am beyond confused on all this....
And SIRC is not making anything on this clear.
