1. Massey stated in early March - while snow was still on the ground in Chicago, that they are wrapping up the Q4 and it will be issued. HARD FACT
2. SIRC had to know in March (shouldn't they?) that any affect acquisitions would have on issuing the Report. HARD FACT
3. If SIRC did not, and Massey made a statement like that about it - then they are not organized.... A Logical FACT (my opinion)
4. Then SIRC themselves are in the camp of not knowing "WHAT has to happen, what can happen, what will happen, who's on first, who's on second" A Logical FACT (my opinion)
This is scary stuff.
That is how i see it - and as such, I'm very concerned.
