That statement is absolutely not true. The 13-D filed in CYDY has added an unknown amount of risk.
CYDY shareholders know what they have with Nader P. They do not know what the 13-D group has in mind.
That unknown is added risk. Share prices almost always decline when a new unknowns are forced upon shareholders. Any 1st year investor knows this. Many management types argue that this isn't true. They argue this only because they might benefit.
Why? The 1st year investor, if they are to succeed are hyper sensitive to all news. The 13-D is news.
