100% correct. Anyone who thinks the 13D isn’t already hurting CYDY is just flat-out wrong. Just by crawling out from under their rock they’ve spread FUD.

Show me the SP decline that has occurred as a result of the 13d? The FDA letter and NP’s poor CEO skills (see lawsuit settlement) is what resulted in the current state of the SP, not the 13D.
