Too bad that the wording did not include the word "patent pirates" instead of "patent trolls".....So I guess this just means that before getting an injunction money will have it's sway!

Litigation Type Stocks are hard work for inventors to win over a reasonable time....let's hope the Arthrex situation at least clears up the move forward on paid for "experts at the USPTO"....lol
