Why did they wait so long to change auditors, this company drives me mad. They carry on they will be delisted. Shocking no communication at all, shareholders are only here to be diluted so they can pay bills. Thanks for the update though, please keep us posted. Across all social media platforms investors have had enough, and I bet they don’t even care or know. So unprofessional.

OTC Markets Pink status deadlines June 30/September 28, 2021!

Maybe somebody should pass this along to Wade Li, Hon Man Yun, Yvonne Wang, QI Wang and the gang and light a fire under their butts to get their filings submitted in the next few weeks! ;-)

Impacted Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th. This will ensure that our Issuer Compliance Team has sufficient time to review and update market status for companies prior to the rule’s compliance date on September 28th. Securities that do not meet the Rule’s disclosure standard will have their public quotes removed from Pink as of the September deadline.
