I know they have a real estate branch or entity in VN which would be more valuable to Phil than coffe shops and art that will be worth further investigation.
That's the one bad thing about getting rid of most everything else in my small portfolio and putting it all into PHIL. Even during the week it can be a little more boring now. I only have the one stock to mainly stare at. lol
