Yep BioAmber SAS was liquidated long ago so yes Cargil did not assign anything to BioAmber SAS. This along with all the other snipet nonsense means absolutely nothing.

So do you have any actual info from BioAmber? Where are the SEC filings? Who is on the BOD? Who are the RA and TA? What’s the stock trading at?

Do you have anything that proves BioAmber was not liquidated as stated in the court docs? It is quite funny that all the snipets in the world and still nobody can show anything actually current from BioAmber including who is in charge. Let’s see something that proves BioAmber is alive and well.
KKR, Origin, LCY none of them are purchasing the old shares of BioAmber and why would they? There is nothing left but a bunch of shares and 60-80$ mil of debt.
