Origin Materials the chemistry company, does not have a plant ready, bioamber's factory beside them needs to be joined partners to get their contracts filled, John Bissell does not recognize Lcy but Bioamber, so our shares need to be bought out and a reverse merger will happen with Bioamber (private) company into ORGN through a spac, I'm sure Rick Eno wants to get paid soon as well as all stakeholders, no need to delay, the more they have to pay, John Bissell needs a bio plant asap!
