Lazar, inexperienced in custodial? Compared to Sharp? Nope.
My bet is that Sharp paid Lazar to back out because Sharp needed a win in court to regain a tiny fraction of dignity (and he probably promised a company a shell by now) and Lazar doesn’t care because he has more shells than he has companies to put in them.
