She needed to present her evidence TODAY in order to avoid another loss in court - and didnt.

Court quashed her SDNY approach, so she is left with Supreme Court.

NOR imho would she dare OUT a source in PUBLIC without permission.

I would suspect that AYA was hoping the judge would at least say can I alone have this SOURCE made available to me via a deposition where bye I/WE can keep the source anonymous so as not to jeopardize their job or lively hood.
