Shouldn't cost them too much because it is not worth too much. Just have to buy out all if Roger's FREE shares and take over. Don't have to buy out the street shareholders by a single penny.

D&B First order of business would be to fire all of the current management as incompetent.

That would be sweet and I wouldn't doubt it happening. I've said before that when we hit 10-12 locations we'll start getting looked at ! Just IMO
