I partially agree and am grateful acb is more into medical. I made my own wine once, it was ok but not as good as some I purchased. I also thought about growing my own coffee beans like everyone else can, but nobody does that either. Heck, I could even make my own medications... yet again, I am simply happy spending money as I have better things to do. You definitely are pointing out why acb moved away from value brands as everyone can growing the not so good stuff.
