Yes all of Li's shares were bought in the name HK Liquidmetal. Yes, if you look on Google maps you'll find a Hong Kong Liquidmetal residing in some busy office building in Hong Kong.

I understand the reasoning why making a large purchase of LQMT would be made under the cover of an investment trust or a corporation. But the association ends there for me.

The truth is it has never been disclosed who owns HK Liquidmetal. It could be Lugee Li. It could also be who ever co-owns Eontec. It could be that busload of Asians that pulled into the parking lot at the last ASHM. It could be the ownership of some MAZE company. Or, got could be some convoluted other interested group. The fact is nobody knows...and Josh does not want to answer the question because it is a sore spot and does not follow the storyline that Lugee Li is some superman.

So tell me, who really is that majority shareholder????
