“Probably a good move as it puts Fife in around $2 and strong hands for management purposes.”

Fife doesn’t hold shares, he dumps them immediately and makes a great profit.

“The shareholder uprising will get nowhere because they don't own enough stock.”

The shareholder movement, which includes shares not mentioned in the 13d, extends into the hundreds of millions. There are shareholders on this board, and others, who hold tens of millions of shares and who also support the removal of management. Will that be enough during a proxy vote? That depends on who the 13d proposes as CEO and CMO and what Np can do between now and then to turn the tides.

Humble, your right. The 13-0D Group has close to zero chance with just over 5% of the company.

Its a waste of time. What is or was the goal?

I have started to view Nader with a different attitude. The move on Brazil, India, and the Philippines is something that as far as I can discover no small Pharma has attempted.

Nader has three great partners in every nation. We will soon start reading the results.

Excellent points Howard and always a voice of reason!
