Don't believe all this baloney about the 8K and swapping equity for debt. Probably a good move as it puts Fife in around $2 and strong hands for management purposes. Fife has a short sellers dream in these toxic loans, so swapping for equity should be a slight positive. The shareholder uprising will get nowhere because they don't own enough stock. Might as well see this out for a while longer.
