KEYKEY! You are right! This is EXACTLY one of these QUESTIONS for which one we've waited 13 years long and NOW (!) need an OFFICIAL ANSWER/STATEMENT!
I don't want to read personally in documents and make my own speculations like moany board members here. I WANT IT OFFICIAL ... PRESS RELEASE or COURT RULING! And IMO Alice is our last chance to get OFFICIAL ANSWERS or maybe a deal, if they have already decided to pay nothing to us and screwed us with their "F&R" fairytale! Otherwise (if we don't get any answers as soon as possible) we will speculate here within the next 100 years and nobody here can proof if we are right or wrong! But that's a horrible scenario, if you will never know what really happened!
