Ok, but with the referred document, it seems that Ramos refuses the existence of hidden value. Isn't this already official ? And shouldn't he know if there really is hidden value or not ? This means that he would have given wrong information with his statemeant when there really would be hidden value ? This makes me a little bit wondering whom to believe. And you think this statement doesn't count much, but it has to be evaluated by the judge ? Do we have a real proof for hidden value ? Is the capital trust = hidden value and do we have a proof for existence ? So again: Hidden Value = Capital Trust ? And proof for this is available ? Couldn't it be easier ? Or where are my errors in reasoning ?
