The float is tightly held and somewhat reactive. A few minutes ago someone sold 100 shares, yes one hundred shares, and the PPS drops 5%, then you know you have something special. I think Friday's are good days to poke the float with small buys & sells to check it's overall health. Certain day OTC traders do not like to stay over the weekends so it becomes cat & mouse with buyers all day long and with EOD red & green paint ball pissing contests.
