Thank you for your work and diligence here. I have been reading all the posts from the past few days, and wholeheartedly agree that legal representation is an absolute must. The legal team can attain all the facts and documentation needed to prove and argue a case. If we end up not pulling the trigger, that would mean we have been informed officially of how shareholders will be compensated, and shareholders feel the terms are fair and just. But if we are suddenly in a position where we know for a fact we want to fight hard, we are going to be at ease knowing a law firm is prepped, loaded with ammo to fight for shareholders, and most importantly has been paid to fight on our behalf.
I also think, that it is important that our discussions with Billy be done via a powerful law firm. Knowing that shareholders have put together the resources to hire such a firm shows strength, and shows that this can get ugly if he doesn't act in the best interest of shareholders moving forward, and in a way that is legal. We will all feel much more confident hearing news weather bad or good, if it is coming directly from hired legal representation.
