If I remember right, AZ won't agree to a specific date :-)

So we have to wait and wait and wait ..

I don't know what shall happen on June 30th.
Anybody can tell ? Where does this date come from ?

Look for the goalposts to move. You would think with AZ and all his research he would be able to but was already burned with EOY 2021, taxes due and needed to be paid. I over it when stated they paid our taxes for us, so they can hide our money.....what a joke and he based this on research.

As I understand the group think here, August is more likely because NOLs are preserved through the time period ending then. A change of ownership necessary to distribute corporate assets properly may occur in August, thus facilitating distribution.
