The only reason I'm partaking in this adventure, is because I understand we will be able to purchase more, at the same price, if the goal of $100,000,000 is not fulfilled, which is fair enough.
That fact, if it is a fact, is VERY IMPORTANT if HCMC makes it's run the stock holders, of the offering, will have the equivalent of a future price offer.
The 25% is the amount of shares you can buy, it is 25% of the shares you own, in other words if you own 1,000.000 shares, 25% or 250.000 is the amount of shares you can buy at the offering price.
