I don't think these new shares we are buying will show up on Level 2, because it's a private transaction between us and HCMC, is that correct?

There are plenty of other large trades that never show, either, so what's the difference.

Easy to tell, opening bell will show millions of very large buy and sells, and none are revealed to the public, revealing the size of the trade.

What's the big secret, in that tactic?
