This was a publicly traded company and we all purchased diluted shares for the purpose of indirectly financing this litigation. Carter cannot legally breach his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and arbitrarily decide to restructure the company so as to dilute the value of certain shareholders in favor of himself and/or other certain shareholders.

Why do you want to treat Billy different than you and I. We are all stockholders of a delisted piece of garbage named UOIP. Billy just owns a lot more shares than the rest of us. Again, Billy has told me several times his main goal was to pay Rob Howe’s family, himself as a stockholder, and all the others from a compiled list.
