I don't know what you mean by 'didn't care if the P's got destroyed'. I never took that stance. I did say that it would have been worth giving up 1% and get 99% now instead of waiting for years more to hopefully get the full 100%. I stand by that.
Also, I have always said that BK remote assets would not follow the 75%/25% distribution plan and I still believe that to be so.
I suspect AG's latest lawsuit is an attempt to get a judge not familiar with the case to rule that 75%/25% is appropriate.
I still don't believe that the POR should affect assets that were NEVER part of the bankruptcy.
