Sam, like you, I wait for the truth to come out...It's just a matter of a couple of weeks before the Trust, WMI and Mr. Cooper Group Inc. are going to lay out their defense and we should learn the truth...at least I hope we do.
I own both Preferred and a large amount of Commons. A 75/25 split would gives me 1.777 times more than not splitting...That is a major difference. I do understand your position and your present anger, but we both must wait and see how this actually plays out. I'm at an age that it won't really affect me one way or the other as I will be able to fulfill my dreams either way. It would however have an Effect on my Estate and a massive increase in Estate Taxes beginning in 2016.
