She would not have said it’s not true if it were a Reg FD issue. She’d need to do a PR confirming it. The remedy is not further denying something that was truthful.
Makes a ton of sense, and withdrawal before presentation/title release might be the cure along with public disclosure of no presentation. Course, we don’t know bubkis.
