I did not. I said I did not see the basis for an alleged regulatory violation and inside information. It flatly does not appear to be true. It is more serious than other rumors in terms of the allegation and implication. That is why.

And there are not “a million” rumors. There are in fact just a very few and right now one that is being hotly discussed.

I believe that Linda Powers believed it was necessary to refute the claims in the article below, which was published on 5/3/2021. This nationally published article specially said that NWBio would be releasing the DCVax-L clinical trial data at ASCO. The NWBio annual shareholders meeting was held on 5/18/2021.

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting will be held the week of June 4th – 8th, and all the clues from management suggest a release will come during the June ASCO meeting.
