He should file if he’s an upstanding decent man. If he don’t then he’s a chump but he won’t go to jail. He’ll have to turn everything over to someone else and no jail time. Bruce Perlowin of Hemp inc. got away with everything under the sun twice got caught and is still til this day a partner in that company.
