I still think more why not to use 700 mg for all doses ..
But I am trying to explain to myself that they know what they are doing ..:))

If Bruce Patterson believed that an initial 700mg dose followed by 350mg doses was enough to occupy all receptors, then it is probably enough. He would know better than anyone. If it is true that 700mg doses are necessary for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th doses, then it would also be true that a 1,050mg or 1,400mg treatment would be best for the first dose. But they'd have to redo safety to go higher than 700mg which isn't practical.
