I guess they could do IV ...
But for moderate it is not as important ..
There is some effect soon after and within about 50 hrs full effect ,
In EIND patients they were using SC and most patients did well .
I am not that worry about that .
I still think more why not to use 700 mg for all doses ..
But I am trying to explain to myself that they know what they are doing ..:))

For a critical yes 1-2 could be IV and rest SC ..
