First dose 700 mg SC and then up to 3 more doses of 350 SC .

SC dose for moderate is ok imo , every hr here is not that important as with Critical patients ..

I'm surprised the first dose isn't IV. These are hospitalized patients so getting an IV transfusion doesn't take much extra in hospital resources the way it would with non-hospitalized patients. And while moderates aren't in nearly as bad of shape as critical patients, these moderates are still in bad enough shape that they are hospitalized. Quicker is better.

Also, critical patients also only need an IV for the first dose because they have a lot of residual leronlimab in their system on days 8, 15, and 22.
