Hi Ahab , you all probably right that because on half life of 10 days the dose of 350 after the first 700 mg is ok ..
They did that for some reason .,

But in moderate patients it is not IV but SC I believe

First dose 700 mg SC and then up to 3 more doses of 350 SC .

SC dose for moderate is ok imo , every hr here is not that important as with Critical patients ..
