PKG has to have clauses If CBBT can't pay the rest owed assuming they really paid anything. Doubtful that CBBT would have a lot of recourse since they would be the one who defaulted not PKG.

There likely enough wording in the contract that stipulates they can get out if CBBT fails to live up to certain things as a public company. It’s a real possibility they can get out without facing a lawsuit. CBBT couldn’t afford it anyway.

I’m assuming you’re just being funny and not actually that dumb. CBBT would have 0 legal recourse. Eric would be lucky to stay out of jail. pKG should sue
