There was no incentive for SPRV to make sure everything was done in March. Yet we keep hearing the Building was not on the balance sheet. Yet there was not even a 1 day window for the merger to be completed based on the March 31st share transfer.
I missed the answer to this part. I have seen the Balance Sheet part a dozen times.
