I missed the answer to this part. I have seen the Balance Sheet part a dozen times.

Allow me to make it irrefutably clear! If 1094 Military Trail owned a building, it would be on 1094 Military Trail's Balance Sheet for the last 2+ years!. Per the Q1 SPRV Financial Report, the accounts of Surpurva Healthcare Group and 1094 Military Trail have been combined in the Q1 Financial Report.

The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, 1094 Military Trail, LLC.

Based on the Company's own above statement, if either Supurva Healthcare Group or its wholly-owned subsidiary actually OWNED A BUILDING, the BUILDING would be accounted for as an ASSET on the Company's CONSOLIDATED BALANCE SHEET!

FYI, THE COMBINATION OF SUPURVA HEALTHCARE GROUP and WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY 1094 MILITARY TRAIL SHOWS ZERO ASSETS ON THE COMBINED Q1 BALANCE SHEET!!! THERE IS NO BUILDING! PERIOD!!
