Exactly lampspost, CEO Dixon didn't just magically add 2 key already proven "big board" TSOI board additions for no good reason right!

And anyone who's been around the OTC market for years, already knows that no big board level executives ever join any OTC PubCo in any remote capacity at all...unless they're already beyond 100% convinced that they want their name stamped onto said OTC Company right cheers!
