How could there possibly be evidence to a made up lie? BioAmber ended going on 3 years ago. BioAmber is not doing anything with anyone as it was liquidated Come on how could anyone believe the crap that Origin is going to give former BioAmber anything?
You can't be serious. Hard to have a merger when nobody is around to sign the papers . Much less call a shareholder meeting to vote on it . directors and executives of financially-troubled BioAmber have all resigned.
The company issued a press release, which was also filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, saying the directors on its board resigned Aug. 28 and 29.
