You can't be serious. Hard to have a merger when nobody is around to sign the papers . Much less call a shareholder meeting to vote on it .
directors and executives of financially-troubled BioAmber have all resigned.

The company issued a press release, which was also filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, saying the directors on its board resigned Aug. 28 and 29.
