Thanks Ike. The language used makes quite clear that they are nowhere near having a publication ready to submit let alone accepted. They may not even know what the TLD look like yet. I am mystified by what is taking so long to do this analysis, but maybe that will become apparent after the TLD are announced. Maybe TLD will be a traditional TLD announcement after all.

Confirmation of the acceptance of the Direct patent highlighted earlier by mue88 is very extremely good news.

Interestingly, the share price began it's recent trajectory upward when mue88 alerted us on May 14, 2021 that it was officially "allowed". Could the recent move up be due more to that patent approval than people thinking NWBO would release top line in an after market hours ASM? If yes, then share price SHOULD hold some of these recent gains.

"Next question was about patents. We received a question and we are pleased to report that ‘yes we did receive a new patent’ relating to our DC-Vax Direct process that’s recently been approved in the US. What’s very nice is the US was the first country to approve it. So we’re excited about that. That patent covers certain aspects of optimizing DC-Vax Direct, the DC-Vax Direct product for enhanced potency. That’s what that’s about. So the answer is ‘yes we did receive that patent, it was approved in the US.’"

Out of all the possibilities questions they chose to respond, it was interesting they chose this one. I suspect it met two criteria: it was harmless, but more importantly it convey’s the message that the L trial was a success.

The company isn’t talking about reactivating the D trials if L is a failure. LP hinting once again.

Definitely ‘yes’ we will be reactivating the DC-Vax Direct program."
