You didn't address the issue that physcians have alway utilized off label drugs for alternate uses.

It doesn't need addressing. Keep taking that HCQ, and Ivermectin.

So SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE

Uh huh...outside of the occasional "heart disease, including heart failure and issues with your heart rhythm; some cases have been fatal."

The GOLD STANDARD of SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE SAFE! LOL

CDC report

Of course the FDA doesn't know as much as your hero Drs.

Now to Risch, I did not hear the program you mentioned

Then allow me to help you...

Video

“What clinicians are telling me is more than half of the new covid cases that they’re seeing to treat is people who’ve been vaccinated,” Dr. Risch said. “They’ve estimated 60 percent of new patients they’ve been treating have been people who’ve been vaccinated.”...“They’re afraid that if you say this vaccine is only 50 or 60 percent effective…then people aren’t going to take the vaccine,” Dr. Risch said.

Now never mind this superior hero Dr of yours with his superior intellect is math impaired. Again, there has been approx 10M new cases since the vaccine first appeared on the market the first part of Jan. In that time span there has been 8K of breakthrough cases for those vaccinated. I invite you to explain how 8K is 60% of 10M. Well???

as much as 60% of the population may have immunity from previous infections/innoculations over the course of the last 50 or 60 years.

There have been no studies showing any immunity existed before the pandemic outbreak. Is it possible 1-2% might have been partially immune before the pandemic as the virus started to adapt to its new human host? Yes. But to say immunity started at 60% is ridiculous.
