I once had a hugh amount of a chinese promising pharmaceutical (SKBI). But after a dark period, they simply disappeared from the stock markets, while doing great business.
Anyway, i have more thrust in KWBT for now.....

I know from the past, that they always did, whatever they had told in advance But I also remember, that ALWAYS it took much longer than “normal”.

I think it is normal, that it takes some time after changing the auditor to have 3 x 10Q and 1 x 10K for the whole year 2020 ready. New auditor has to start from zero. But I also think that more than 3 months (beginning of February till now) is rather long.

I am very much confident and think it is only a matter of time and patience. But of course you have to make any decision by yourself.

But I do not see any reason, why they should work on the fillings up to beginning of May (when I spoke to them) and then all of a sudden stop!? This makes really no sense to me.

However, when already owning a huge quantity, why should you buy more now? If the stock price starts to move significantly, it is meaningless whether you hold 2.5 million or 3.0 millions shares. Then it is about the duration of holding the shares.
