BECAUSE THE "THEORY" IS DELUSIONAL!!!

If Berman hadn't timely filed the LATE FILING NOTICE to OTC Markets, OTC Markets would have hammered DECN with the "NO INFORMATION" designation!

Late Filings notice filed Early Sunday Morning means they are up early on weekends gettin their Chit together to become fully reporting PINK CURRENT STATUS!!! Why are you not gettin this????

For crying out loud Keith! Why not just tell them you were 'indisposed' blowing your shareholders cash (among other things!) on an "international internet chatroom service" and completely lost track of the time? I'm sure they'd understand!
