Maybe Berman's defence lawyers don't work the weekend, so he finally has a few hours to commit to the actual day job for once?

For crying out loud Keith! Why not just tell them you were 'indisposed' blowing your shareholders cash (among other things!) on an "international internet chatroom service" and completely lost track of the time? I'm sure they'd understand!
