By 5 PM had a mild headache, by 6 PM I was noticing muscle pains in legs and hip girdle muscles and in right arm where I tore the shit ~OUTTa my rotator cuff last August (I mean really tore the crap ~OUTTa it - ive torn my left arm rotator cuff before in CONjunction with one of the 8-9 dislocations Ive had with my left shoulder since the early 80s - it is a MESS - but this rotator cuff tear of the right arm was incomparably worse).

As the rotator cuff injury will still take another 9 months or so to fully heal, it is apparently one on the places that has some low-level inflammation still going on. The second vax (Pfizer) seems to have riled up my inflammatory reaction system wide. Right knee arthritis, tennis elbow tendonitis, the rotator cuff tear area, and trochanteric bursitis on right side hip which has not bothered me since 2013 (it began in 2010 or so and then ended - or so I thought - in 2013). The second dose seems to have lit off all these old areas of inflammation that have been subdued for years.

To sum it up you are an orthopedic doc's dream come true.

Or as they say around the water cooler he's a train wreck.

Glad you're feeling somewhat better. It really is pretty miserable. And it seems to affect people differently. I know people who had no reaction to their second shots, whether they were Pfizer or Moderna.

It just seems to depend on the individual.
