Engagement of PCAOB Auditor for December 31, 2020 and 2019 -
On January 11, 2021, the Company engaged Malone Bailey to perform the Audit for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2020. The Company completed the client approval process in early February. The audit of both years is still in process awaiting confirmation to be received from Debtors.
