NedFlanders, I had the same thought, but then it appeared to me that this is a necessary part of the IP portfolio. It says: we can do it ourselves ( if you think we need you , dear NDAPartners). We can do in house manufacturing, we might opt for contract manufacturing and if you want to work with us in your fabs we might or might not allow you to do so. Check Mate.
